Highlights include autograph signed letters by J.R.R. Tolkien and James Abbott McNeill Whistler; a copy of Raffaello Carboni's extremely rare and important Eureka Stockade (1855), in original wrappers; Jane Lindsay's copy of Norman Lindsay's Homage to Sappho (Fanfrolico Press, 1928 - one of only two known copies inscribed by Norman Lindsay), as well as her first edition copy of The Magic Pudding; the printer's copy of Margaret Preston Recent Paintings 1929, containing an original Margaret Preston woodcut; Borget's Fragments d’un voyage autour du monde (1850); and a Denzil Ibbetson pen and ink portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte, drawn from life during Napoleon's exile on St. Helena.
