This is a unique copy presented to Australian art collector Dr. Colin Laverty on his birthday (2 August, 1990); it is inscribed on the title page by art dealer Ray Hughes, his wife Annette, Liz Laverty and others; a number of the artists have also inscribed their bio page, some adding a pen drawing.
