Apparition (deluxe edition)

Brisbane : University of Queensland Press, 1971. Folio, full leather with gilt-blocked Blackman design, spine lettered in gilt, in illustrated card slipcase (a little marked), pp. 52, reproduction of Alvarez’s manuscript poems and 7 full page colour plates after Blackman gouaches tipped-in. The deluxe edition, limited to 100 copies, signed by the poet and painter and specially bound in full leather (this is copy number 6). A standard trade edition was also issued.
