Duodecimo, original limp green cloth with printed label to front (chipped), bookseller’s label to front pastedown, pp [iv], 40, wood-engraved frontispiece, a fine copy of this rare early Melbourne imprint, written for a young audience by the prolific author, schoolmaster James Bonwick.
