Oblong quarto, pressed boards (small chip to spine), pp. xxvi; [2]; 159; [4], illustrated throughout, light creasing to preliminaries, half of pp. 11-12 neatly excised as well as a small sections of pp. 21-22, 25-26, 29-30, where sample images have been neatly removed. A good reference copy.

A stunning art deco period catalogue of plaster moldings and finishes from the firm of Picton Hopkins & Son, one of Australia’s oldest architectural businesses, founded in Melbourne in 1857 and still in operation. Many significant Melbourne buildings plastered by the firm (such as the Melbourne Town Hall; Regent Theatre; University of Melbourne etc.) are illustrated.
