William Henry Hudson (1841–1922) was an Anglo-Argentine author, naturalist and ornithologist. In Argentina, Hudson is considered to belong to the national literature as ‘Guillermo Enrique Hudson’. A town in Berazategui Partido and several other public places and institutions are named after him, as is the town of Hudson in Buenos Aires Province.
