New York : The Presbyterian Board of Foreign Missions, circa 1900. Map, printed in colour on cotton, measures 32″ x 48″ (82 x 122 cm), old folds as issued, fine condition. Map showing the Presbyterian missions of the world, with a concentration of activity in China, India and Japan. The newly built Trans-Siberian Railway is a notable feature across the Russian tundra.
Rare. We cannot locate another institutional example, although WorldCat lists other maps published by Bridgman between 1874 – 1915.
