Gelatin silver print photograph, 90 x 140 mm, printed on postcard stock and embossed ‘Acme Studios / Enmore at lower left; verso with handwritten message signed C. F. Morris (apparently a tutor or senior student?) headed ‘Moore College, Newtown, Sunday’, and mentioning that his ‘[?] were taking part in the big demonstration which took place yesterday & was a real success, they represented a part of India, so I have been full of that this last fortnight….’; the photograph itself shows a number of young men in suits and tennis blazers, and a member of the teaching staff in full academic dress on the right; vertical crease close to left edge, otherwise very good condition.
