Octavo (215 x 140 mm), original wrappers printed in blue (stained and lightly creased, upper wrapper with 1930s ownership signature of Society member, Sydney etching artist Squire Morgan (James Squire Woodward Morgan, 1886-1974); staple bound; pp [8], 24; some marginalia in pen and pencil and numerous printed errata and emendations tipped in, centre pages loosened from the staples (but present), occasional fingermarks at margins else contents clean.

An interesting association copy of the Royal Art Society of New South Wales Memorandum and Articles of Association and bye-laws (revised August, 1904), of which Trove locates only two examples (SLNSW; AGNSW Research Library).

Provenance: the estate of the late Dora Toovey (1898-1986), Archibald finalist painter and wife of James R. Jackson.
