This is the second edition of Strehlow’s dual-purpose publication, which was first printed in 1904. It is essentially a Lutheran service book and hymnal, preceded by a selection of stories from the Old and New Testaments, written entirely in the Aranda (Arrernte) language and designed for use by the congregation at the Hermannsburg (Finke River) Mission.
