The Navjote ceremony is the sacred initiation for Parsi (Indian Zoroastrian) children, marking their formal entry into the faith, where they receive the Sudreh (sacred shirt) and Kusti (sacred thread) and learn to perform their religious duties, symbolizing a commitment to Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds and taking responsibility for their own spiritual path under Ahura Mazda’s guidance.
