Printed in an edition of 1500 copies, of which 50 were the Deluxe Edition which were signed and issued with a print hand coloured by Donald Friend. This is one of 20 copies aside from the 50 Deluxe Editions, in a special binding by publisher and noted craft bookbinder Richard Griffin.
