A series of poems by Michael Driscoll inspired by the Olgas (Kata Tjuṯa) in Central Australia and the journals of explorer Ernest Giles. Driscoll’s friend Brett Whiteley read his poems and decided to travel to Central Australia to see the landscape for himself. The result is a fusion of the surrealist imagery of Whiteley with the wonder of discovery of this ancient landscape.
