A richly illustrated and evocative photobook of Williamstown (and Newport and Spottiswoode!) around the turn of the twentieth century. Although no publisher is stated, it seems to have been produced under the auspices of the Williamstown Council; its editor was Dr. John Johnston, who was elected Mayor of Williamstown the same year the booklet was issued. The first edition is now very scarce.
