James Hooper, Proprietor.’; a strong print in good condition (some surface scratches in the bottom right corner); the mount is a little darkened from handling.

This colonial regimental uniform featured a blue pillbox hat with red band, red jacket with blue cuffs, blue trousers with a red stripe, and buff belts. The hat badge bore the regiment’s motto ‘Aut pace aut bello‘ (In peace and war).
