A French geographical book for children, recounting the stories of voyages made by great explorers to the four corners of the globe. Includes the expeditions of Columbus, Cook, Bougainville, Dumont d’Urville and La Perouse, amongst others. A fine and bright copy.

The 1856 edition is held by the National and Mitchell Libraries, but this earlier 1854 edition is not recorded in Australian collections.
