Small quarto (240 x 210 mm), spiral bound pictorial wrappers, 45 pp, illustrated in colour and b/w; a very good copy; with a loosely enclosed typed letter from the Vice-Principal of the University of Melbourne, Ray Marginson, dated 18 June 1986, presenting this copy to Werribee Councillor Frank Purcell, together with Purcell’s typed letter of reply.
