Thick octavo, publisher’s full crushed morocco, embossed in blind, lettered in gilt on upper and lower boards and spine, edges rubbed, short split to upper joint, small paint mark to foot of spine, all edges gilt, yellow endpapers (small stains), engraved frontispiece; pp. 824; water stain to corners of last few pages, a few marks and scattered foxing, engraved illustrations, without the folding map which appears to never have been bound in, a good copy.
