Albumen print photograph, 95 x 136 mm, laid down recto of its original card mount, 250 x 300 mm, with calligraphic manuscript caption in ink in the bottom margin of the mount: ‘S.A. / The Ford and Bridge / Laura’; verso with old ownership wet stamp of ‘W. W. Courtney, Chemist, Cheltenham. Phone 233’; the print has excellent clarity, and is in good condition apart from a couple of spots of foxing; the mount has scattered light foxing.
