Quarto, decorated card wrappers (light edge wear, hinges expertly repaired), 51 black and white plates, some tipped-in, bookplate for Dr. George Mackaness to front pastedown, later bookplate to endpaper, tissue guards, essays by Julian Ashton and Lionel Lindsay. Limited edition of 2000 copies. Further deluxe editions limited to 200 and 35 copies were also published.
